Managing a conversation
A deletion request sent to a company usually involves multiple touch points and responses between you and the company.
In order to keep track of this we have offered in our service the ability to manage the conversations you have with the various companies that you have requested the deletion of your data.
In the Requests - Conversations tab you can see all of the requests you have sent and the answers that the companies provided, so it is easy to keep track of them.
You will also see the legal time frame that the companies have left to respond to your request.
